VDTVPN là ứng dụng Android network client giúp người dùng nhập, quản lý và sử dụng cấu hình kết nối của chính mình. VDTVPN chỉ sử dụng Android VPNService để tạo kết nối VPN khi người dùng chủ động bắt đầu kết nối.

VDTVPN không cung cấp, bán, cho thuê hoặc phân phối máy chủ VPN, dịch vụ proxy, tài khoản người dùng hoặc cấu hình kết nối cài sẵn.

Thông tin ứng dụng xử lý

1. Cấu hình kết nối và dữ liệu subscription

  • Link subscription do người dùng nhập.
  • Nội dung mã QR do người dùng quét.
  • Dữ liệu cấu hình được người dùng dán hoặc nhập vào app.
  • Cấu hình tải xuống từ link subscription do người dùng cung cấp.
  • Máy chủ/cấu hình đã chọn, trạng thái kết nối, tốc độ, ping/độ trễ và cài đặt ứng dụng.

2. Thông tin thiết bị và kỹ thuật

VDTVPN có thể tạo hoặc sử dụng mã nhận dạng thiết bị/app-scoped identifier để phục vụ chức năng ứng dụng, bảo mật tài khoản, giới hạn thiết bị, chống lạm dụng và tương thích với nhà cung cấp subscription do người dùng chọn.

  • Android ID hoặc mã nhận dạng trong phạm vi ứng dụng.
  • Hãng máy, model, tên thiết bị, phiên bản Android, SDK và tên gói ứng dụng.
  • Phiên bản app và thông tin kỹ thuật cơ bản liên quan tới kết nối.

3. Camera

VDTVPN chỉ yêu cầu quyền camera khi người dùng chọn quét mã QR. Ứng dụng không ghi video, không lưu ảnh camera và không tải ảnh camera lên máy chủ.

4. Thông báo và foreground service

VDTVPN có thể dùng thông báo và foreground service để hiển thị trạng thái VPN, máy chủ đang kết nối và tốc độ tải lên/tải xuống khi VPN đang hoạt động.

5. Tối ưu pin và hoạt động nền

VDTVPN có thể yêu cầu quyền REQUEST_IGNORE_BATTERY_OPTIMIZATIONS hoặc mở màn hình cài đặt pin của Android để người dùng tự cho phép ứng dụng chạy nền ổn định. Quyền này chỉ dùng để giúp kết nối VPN do người dùng bật không bị hệ thống tiết kiệm pin tạm dừng; VDTVPN không tự thay đổi cài đặt pin nếu người dùng không đồng ý.

VDTVPN không thu thập danh bạ, SMS, nhật ký cuộc gọi, ảnh, video, vị trí GPS chính xác, bản ghi microphone, thông tin thẻ thanh toán hoặc giấy tờ định danh.

Cách sử dụng thông tin

  • Nhập và quản lý cấu hình kết nối do người dùng cung cấp.
  • Tải dữ liệu cấu hình từ link subscription do người dùng nhập.
  • Bắt đầu, duy trì và dừng kết nối VPN bằng Android VPNService.
  • Hiển thị trạng thái kết nối, tốc độ, ping và thông tin cấu hình đã chọn.
  • Hỗ trợ nhập QR, nhập link subscription và các tuỳ chọn cài đặt kết nối.
  • Hỗ trợ giới hạn thiết bị, bảo mật tài khoản và chống lạm dụng khi nhà cung cấp subscription của người dùng yêu cầu.
  • Hỗ trợ người dùng khi họ chủ động liên hệ.

Android VPNService

VDTVPN dùng Android VPNService để tạo đường hầm VPN cục bộ trên thiết bị khi người dùng bật kết nối. Lưu lượng mạng có thể được định tuyến qua máy chủ hoặc cấu hình mà người dùng đã chọn.

VDTVPN không giám sát, bán hoặc sử dụng lưu lượng VPN cho quảng cáo. VDTVPN không chèn quảng cáo vào lưu lượng mạng và không sửa đổi lưu lượng cho mục đích không liên quan.

Người dùng chịu trách nhiệm về tính hợp pháp, an toàn và độ tin cậy của nguồn cấu hình, link subscription và máy chủ bên thứ ba mà họ sử dụng.

Chia sẻ thông tin

VDTVPN không bán dữ liệu cá nhân. Thông tin có thể được gửi tới link subscription, máy chủ hoặc dịch vụ do người dùng cấu hình để tải profile, xác thực quyền truy cập, áp dụng giới hạn thiết bị hoặc thiết lập kết nối.

Lưu giữ và xoá dữ liệu

Phần lớn dữ liệu ứng dụng được lưu cục bộ trên thiết bị, gồm cài đặt, profile đã nhập, profile đã chọn và link subscription. Người dùng có thể xoá bằng cách xoá profile trong app, xoá dữ liệu ứng dụng trong cài đặt Android hoặc gỡ cài đặt app.

VDTVPN is an Android network client application that helps users import, manage, and use their own connection profiles. VDTVPN uses Android VPNService only to create a VPN connection when the user starts a connection.

VDTVPN does not provide, sell, rent, or distribute VPN servers, proxy services, user accounts, or preloaded connection profiles.

Information We Process

1. Connection profiles and subscription data

  • Subscription URLs entered by the user.
  • QR code content scanned by the user.
  • Configuration data imported by the user.
  • Connection profiles downloaded from a user-provided subscription URL.
  • Selected server/profile, connection status, speed, latency/ping, and app settings.

2. Device and technical information

VDTVPN may generate or use a device identifier or app-scoped identifier for app functionality, account security, device-limit protection, abuse prevention, and compatibility with subscription providers selected by the user.

  • Android ID or app-scoped device identifier.
  • Device manufacturer, model, product name, Android version, SDK version, and package name.
  • App version and basic technical connection metadata.

3. Camera access

VDTVPN requests camera permission only when the user chooses to scan a QR code. The app uses the camera to read QR code content. VDTVPN does not record video, store camera images, or upload camera images.

4. Notification and foreground service

VDTVPN may use notifications and a foreground service to show VPN connection status, the connected server, and upload/download speed while the VPN connection is active.

5. Battery optimization and background activity

VDTVPN may request the REQUEST_IGNORE_BATTERY_OPTIMIZATIONS permission or open Android battery settings so the user can allow stable background operation. This is used only to help a user-started VPN connection avoid being paused by battery optimization; VDTVPN does not change battery settings unless the user approves it.

VDTVPN does not collect contacts, SMS messages, call logs, photos, videos, precise GPS location, microphone recordings, payment card information, or government ID information.

How We Use Information

  • Importing and managing user-provided connection profiles.
  • Fetching configuration data from subscription URLs provided by the user.
  • Starting, maintaining, and stopping VPN connections using Android VPNService.
  • Showing connection status, speed, latency/ping, and selected profile information.
  • Supporting QR code import, subscription URL import, and connection settings.
  • Supporting device-limit protection, account security, fraud prevention, and abuse prevention when required by a user-selected subscription provider.
  • Providing support when the user voluntarily contacts us.

Android VPNService

VDTVPN uses Android VPNService to create a local VPN tunnel on the device when the user starts a connection. Network traffic may be routed through the server or connection profile selected by the user.

VDTVPN does not monitor, sell, or use VPN traffic for advertising. VDTVPN does not inject ads into network traffic or modify user traffic for unrelated purposes.

Users are responsible for the legality, safety, and reliability of the third-party configuration sources, subscription URLs, and servers they choose to use.

Sharing of Information

VDTVPN does not sell personal data. Information may be sent to a subscription URL, server, or service configured by the user in order to download profiles, validate access, apply device limits, or establish a connection.

Data Retention and Deletion

Most app data is stored locally on the user’s device, including app settings, imported profiles, selected profile, and subscription URLs. Users can delete local data by removing profiles in the app, clearing app data in Android settings, or uninstalling the app.
