Mô tả dịch vụ
VDTVPN là ứng dụng client giúp người dùng nhập, quản lý và sử dụng cấu hình kết nối mạng. Ứng dụng không cung cấp máy chủ cài sẵn và không bao gồm profile kết nối cài sẵn trong APK.
Trách nhiệm của người dùng
Người dùng chịu trách nhiệm về nguồn cấu hình, link subscription hoặc dịch vụ bên thứ ba mà mình chọn sử dụng. Người dùng phải tuân thủ pháp luật hiện hành và không sử dụng VDTVPN cho hành vi bất hợp pháp, lạm dụng, gian lận, tấn công, phát tán mã độc hoặc xâm phạm quyền của người khác.
Dịch vụ bên thứ ba
Nếu người dùng dùng subscription hoặc máy chủ bên thứ ba, việc sử dụng đó chịu sự điều chỉnh bởi điều khoản và chính sách của bên thứ ba. VDTVPN không chịu trách nhiệm về chất lượng, tính sẵn sàng, tính hợp pháp hoặc nội dung của máy chủ bên thứ ba.
VPNService
Khi người dùng bắt đầu kết nối, VDTVPN dùng Android VPNService để định tuyến lưu lượng theo cấu hình đã chọn. Người dùng có thể dừng kết nối bất cứ lúc nào.
Miễn trừ
VDTVPN được cung cấp theo hiện trạng. Chúng tôi không đảm bảo mọi profile, mạng hoặc dịch vụ bên thứ ba luôn hoạt động liên tục.

Service description
VDTVPN is a client application that helps users import, manage, and use network connection configurations. The app does not provide built-in servers and does not include preloaded connection profiles in the APK.
User responsibility
Users are responsible for the configuration sources, subscription URLs, or third-party services they choose to use. Users must comply with applicable laws and must not use VDTVPN for unlawful activity, abuse, fraud, attacks, malware distribution, or infringement of others' rights.
Third-party subscriptions
If a user uses a third-party subscription or server, that use is governed by the third party's own terms and policies. VDTVPN is not responsible for third-party server quality, availability, legality, or content.
VPNService
When the user starts a connection, VDTVPN uses Android VPNService to route network traffic according to the selected configuration. The user can stop the connection at any time.
Disclaimer
VDTVPN is provided as-is. We do not guarantee that every profile, network, or third-party service will work without interruption.
